Characteristics
Chicken Lollypop Masala is an aromatic and spicy spice blend for preparing delicious chicken drumsticks. Marinate the chicken in the mixture and then bake it.

Corn flour, garlic, rice, red chili powder, onion, salt, wheat flour, coriander, cumin, ginger, fennel, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, fenugreek leaves, natural color – paprika oleoresin.

Storage recommendation
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer contents to an airtight container. Shelf life up to 2 years from the date of production.
Preparation
- Use 2 eggs for the egg whites.
- Add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and 50 grams of Aachi Chicken Lollypop Masala.
- Mix this well into a paste.
- Apply the paste to 800 grams of clean chicken thigh pieces and let it rest for 45 minutes.
- Fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil.
- Serve the chicken thighs hot.
