Returns

 

The return window for our products is 14 days from the date you receive them. Once the 14-day return period is over, the products will not be eligible for a refund

 

Returns will be accepted only if:

 

  • The product received is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
  • The product has physical damages

Note:

 

  1. For a product to qualify for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also remain in its original packaging.
  2. Perishable items – fresh vegetables, fruits, frozen food, and other such perishables are not eligible for any return or exchange.

Refunds

 

When we receive and inspect the item you want to return or exchange, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your product for processing. Then, we will convey whether your request for an exchange or return is approved or rejected. Upon approval of your request, we will process your refund. It can take between 5-7 working days for the refund to reach your account.

Perishables

 

  1. We advise you to take vegetables, fruits, and paneer out of their containers or wrappers as soon as you receive them and store them in refrigeration conditions.
  2. The return window for vegetables, fruits, and paneer is 12 hours after the delivery. We request you share pictures of the damaged items if you have a complaint.
  3. Your unavailability to receive perishable goods on the day of delivery may lead to delays as the products return to the shop and get delivered at a later time. Little India will not be held responsible for the quality of items in such circumstances. 

Lost / Damaged Package

 

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged during transit, the item will be resent or refunded after contacting you.

Late or missing refunds

Note: Products with special offer promotions are not eligible for returns or refunds. Only regular-priced items are refundable. 

Exchanges

 

Defective or damaged goods are eligible for replacement. To place a request for an exchange, kindly drop us an email at support@littleindia.de

You will bear the shipping costs of returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total value. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you varies depending on where you live. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance when you ship an item. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you wish to return.
