Shipping Options for Germany

1. Free Pick-up (by customer) – This is a special service that is available for customers in Hamburg.

The minimum order value should be 20€ for pickup. Kindly reach out to our customer care to know the exact date and time for the pickup.

2. Shipment with our delivery partner (DHL):

This option is available for all the customers in Germany. We ship with DHL and they’ll provide the tracking number and link to help trace the live status of the shipment.

Check your SPAM folder if you don’t see DHL email in your inbox.

Only 30 kgs can be sent in one box according to DHL shipping regulations. If an order weighs more than 30 kgs, we will send it in two or more boxes.
No worries, Company will bear the cost of all the boxes within Germany on orders above 39.99€.

3. Free shipping in Germany for orders above 39.99€

4. For orders less than 39.99€, we will charge flat rate of 4.99€ in Germany
