Pathiri is a popular South Indian dish made from rice flour. Double Horse is a well-known brand that offers an Easy Pathiri Powder mix for making pathiri quickly and easily.

Method of preparation:
1. Take 1 cup of Easy Pathiri Podi Double Horse add a pinch of salt and knead it with 1-1,5 cup of water.
2. Form small balls and press them in pathiri-press (you can use tortilla press) and grill without oil.
