Rajma Pulao is a delicious rice preparation from the heartland of North India. Made with Indian Basmati rice and mildly spiced kidney beans, this wholesome, all-time favorite meal can be served with roasted pappadums or simply relished as it is.
Preparation: Mix 3-4 tbsp of Aachi Coriander Thokku to 400-450g of cooked rice. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. It may also be used as a side dish for Idly, Dosa, Chappathi and poori.
