Puliogare is a South Indian preparation of Tamarind rice. MTR Puliogare brings the tanginess of tamarind, crunchiness of peanuts, crispy coconuts, and carefully prepared blend of spice mix. MTR puliogare mix is very easy to prepare, lightly roast the spice mix in oil, and add boiled rice. For extra flavour, add roasted cashews. May we recommend to make this dish with Sambhar and Appalam for a hearty south Indian meal.
