Delivery terms

• Free shipping for all orders above 39.99€ in Germany. if the parcel weighs more than 30 kgs then we will ship in two or more boxes. No worries, We will pay the shipping for all the boxes within Germany for orders above 39.99€
• Flat 4.99€ will be charged for the orders less than 39.99€ in Germany.
• If the package returns back to our store because the address or name on the doorbell was wrong, or the recipient is unknown, shipping may be charged (per box) for re-sending the package to us. In this case, Shipping charges spent for the parcels will not be returned back .
• Parcels that get returned to us for any reason will be charged 4.99€ per box.
• If an order that has already been shipped, gets returned to us because the customer does not want it anymore and needs to be canceled, the shipment cost will be deducted from the order amount at the time of refund. The price of products that are damaged in this process will also not be refunded.

Unfortunately, our services are limited only for Germany currently. Incase of any queries for shipment to other European countries, Kindly reach out to our customer support team. We will check the possibilities if we can sort it for you.

Confirmation of the order

After placing the order, customer will get the confirmation and acknowledgement through email. Kindly check your spam folder in case you don’t find any email in your inbox.

Prices and Discounts:

All the prices displayed in the products are inclusive of value added tax. Shipping charge is additional subject to the minimum order limit.

Ongoing promotional offers can’t be claimed after the checkout.

Right to cancel the Order

Little India hold the right to refuse or cancel the placed entire order or certain products at anytime due to various reasons.

a. Out of Stock
b. Pending Payments
c. Any fraud traced etc

Shipping time

The fulfillment of the received orders will be done in 1-2 working days on the availability of stock in Germany.

Delivery time

It depends on the delivery partner (DHL) nevertheless the standard shipping days are 1-2 days in Germany and 2- 4 days for other countries.
