Dosa is South Indian dish prepared with lentils and rice. With Gits Dosa Mix you can prepare an aromatic breakfast in a few moments.
Preparation:
1. Mix the contents of the package with 320 ml of water. Mix until smooth paste.
2. Pour a portion into a cold pan greased with oil. Spread the dough in a circular motion. Fry on medium flame.
3. Drizzle with oil and fry until golden.
4. Before frying another one, cool the pan and remove excess oil. Fry more pies.
We get 8 pies from the mass. Serve with sambhar or chutney.

Not good, the batter texture wasnt great and the Dosa’s were not turning. It turned out to be a disastrous batter I have ever come across. Absolutely do not recommend.
